Help...redoing steering wheel

Afternoon all, anyone know where to get the rubber insulator/ seal that goes between the brass power ring and steering wheel, I believe it is also supposed to go under the cancelation ring?

That part is not reproduced you will need to cut a couple pieces of rubber gasket material the same thickness and also insulate the hub shaft between the two as well. I always rob them out of trashed steering wheels when they are in good condition
