University of Colorado Boulder shuts down

-
University of Cincinnati did the same. Beginning end of the week.

Students were told they may stay in dorms, but encouraged to return home if they can.
International students were advised not to leave the country as they may not be permitted to return.
In addition OSU, Miami U, Xavier, and NKU also did the same. UK just announced they were too.
That'll devastate the UK basketball fans! The state will be on suicide watch! :poke:

The University of Delaware just did today here too.

I got home today and my kid told me the HS was kicking around the idea of going internet classes, and sending kids home. My kid is a senior, he has two or thee classes, but he's in school most of the day anyway... one period between classes, study hall where they all screw around. No reason he couldn't do this online. I hope they do, and break the chain.

I work at a high school in Boulder. They are considering the on-line thing as well.
But being a custodian, no doubt everyone else will get to go home, they'll probably have us in here scrubbing the place top to bottom.

Well, that didn't take long.
As of tomorrow, all Boulder valley schools are closed until after spring break, so basically two weeks.
We have to show up tomorrow, but then looks like two weeks off.
