YUP,
we got one out of an RV with the premium industrial/marine setup a while back. special heavy duty top end
total engine weight was 1050lbs . we ended up switching it over to standard pieces and its in an old vintage stock car now.
most 440 parts will fit , bore is the big difference if I recall.

Most of them. As others mentioned, water pump and heads could be different. Piston selection is limited, or custom.

You can use everything from a 440 ina413 except the pistons .
