I'm currently restoring a 68 GTS, the Trunk finish panel is in rough condition, but it is there. It's pretty evident that trying to find a replacement in decent condition is next to impossible, so question is would you use the beat up one or just forgo the panel all together?
 
Get a swinger decklid and paint both incase you ever find one you can put your original decklid on. I sort of like the plain decklids. They look like a mini Roadrunner
 
Theyre not repopped yet, so if u can, have the old one restored. It is the "GTS" man.
I saw a beat up one for $600. I mean it looked like someone took a hatchet to the key hole.
Anyway, maybe somebody can chime in with a decent place to send it.
Id like to get my rear panel and grill done too.
