What lowering blocks should I run?

Hi!
This is probobly a question that is asked alot here but I just want to know what lowering blocks would fit on a plymouth valiant 1975 with a slant six. I think I should go with 1" or 2" lowering.

Any of them should work as long as they’re not wider than the leaf springs and you get them with the correct size locating pin.

What is the correct size of the pin? And how wide should they be?

For my car with an 8.75 rear end and SS springs, I used 2.5 inch wide with a .5 inch pin. You may want to measure yours though

I dropped my Cuda 1" and it sat perfect, It all depends on how high you car sets and how low you want to go. Got a picture ?

The taller the block the more leverage for spring wrap. Just a FYI you may want to consider.

How low do you think I can go with a stock slant six(about 140hp)?
