Patina...How to???

Advanced Patina . Hard to spray on but it can be done . The duller look.

I know they look real but this is the work of a real artist. Notice the depth of the fake holes

My 48 Plymouth doesn’t have any paint left on it. I’ve put almost 11,000 miles on it since I got it going. New glass here and there, a big block and some newer running gear, it’s a blast to drive around.

It only took 50 years in a cow pasture to melt off that old paint and primer. The stainless trim still looks great and I did pressure wash off all the barnacles or whatever that was growing on it.

Well son of a gun! I was gonna post a pic of my car but you done beat me to it! The only thing I have to say to people who think I should paint it or think all old cars need to be all nice and shiny... they’re WAY more fun to drive ratty!! I’m not afraid to drive my car on any type of road or park it in any parking lot next to any other car. If a kid throws open a door and puts a ding in it, I really don’t care. Such much less stressful than having a “show” finish.
