I just got a used manual that was in rough shape. Cover was destroyed and a few pages are missing from front and back. Turns out that it is missing the introductory pages, index, and pages 1 and 2. At the back end, it stops at page 25-26 and there is apparently a few more missing. Does anyone have one of these books that can photo copy these pages and email or mail them? I doubt there is a lot of important information I'm missing but would like to have it none the less.
