Not saying this is what it is but there is a slight adjustment on the reverse lockout by moving the side cover. There was a Mopar training slide show posted just yesterday that showed the lockout. Let me see if I can find it. Here it is. Very informative. I think the cover adjustment is toward the end of the vid.
