Trying to remove all seat belts in 1972 duster.so far I have srayed with WD40 but overhead bolt broke the mounting bracket off that is welded in behind where you can not acsess.Worried about the other ones breaking off as dont know how to fix

Maybe drill a few holes, deburr the back side, pull the support tight up to the body, and plug weld it back on?
Get a better penetrant than WD.

You need a penetrating oil like PB Blaster. WD40 is just a lubricant.

Post pictures so we know how to go about this. Did you use an impact wrench or a socket and ratchet?

WD40 is good for cleaning aluminum castings... not much more! PB blaster is what you need and even at that if you're busting off brackets I'd say you need the heat wrench to do the other one.

Let them soak, heat them up and use an impact. 65'

Happen to me. Find a Allen bolt grind the head off and weld it up as in my photos. Problem solved.
