I have a 1968 Dodge Dart GT that came with a 318. Along it's life the 318 DIED and was replaced with a 1975 360. Where can I find and what type of motor mounts will fit ?????

You can use the rubber insulators for the 68 318 with the 360. The only difference between the 360 and 318 is the driver side engine bracket that bolts to the engine. The block casting, driver side is a different width on the 360 from the 318.
Same goes for a 340 block,it's the same as a 360.As far as brackets go.
Rock Auto on line is one place to look for the rubber insulators/motor mounts.

Any biscuits mounts for a pre 72 Abody will work
If you have clearance issues with headers you may even use truck mounts to raise the engine a little

Not getting ur meaning ??? I ran the number on the block n it said it was a 75 360
the way i read post #5 it sounded like you were attributing the proximity of the distributor to the firewall to the production year of the engine

my point was, you could have gotten an LA from anywhere during the production run and it would sit exactly the same
there should be no difference between where the stock 318 sat and where the 360 sits

just thinking out loud, any possibility of the mts in there now are locating the eng a bit rearward?

here is a generic pic of where the mounts should go

if he were to have put them on the front of the ears, instead of the back, that would move the engine back about an inch

not sure what that would do with the transmission mount though
