Is there a reason you want a 1.7 ratio rocker arm so bad?
The Edelbrock Magnum head is currently available, accepts Chevy style stud mount rocker arms, and if you are stuck on a 1.7 ratio, it looks like the Chevy rockers are available from a few different suppliers in 1.7 ratio.
There are plenty of Magnum builds with LA heads and pushrod oiling, and Edelbrock Magnum heads with Chevy rocker arms making all the power you could want without the binding issues common in a higher ratio rocker arm.
