I thought these would be a pie of cake to find. I was wrong.
I have gone thru the parts manual and can not find them in there. I guess they are called clips or retainers

What are these called? Part number? who has them for sale? any information you care to provide

Sit in the car, rest your left elbow on the open window and the palm of your hand is touching the molding this holding in place

According to 68 parts manual, it's called a window belt clip, part number 2217 508.
As Steve said, commonly referred to as cat whiskers, or the felt looking thingy that seals the inside and outside of side windows.
 
Arent they integral with the whiskers?

Yes correct. You put your elbow on the cat whiskers. These hold up the metal molding above the window. I can not find these anywhere. Going to start searching again
 
At least 3 of them. But if you do not want to break up the set. I will take them all
