Consider those items I would consider Howards hydraulic roller cam in my 340 motor and try figure out what part number and among other things to get all bugs works out and consider ultra comp roller rocker arms a well. This set up it be my first roller I ever buy so your input also important as well. My question this set would good fit?

We're going to need a LOT more details than just a vague parts list... like, we don't know everything about your present setup (engine, transmission and converter if automatic, gears, tire size) and which Howards cam, what springs, and other supporting hardware and what other additional modifications you may be making with the cam change.

Okay basically what I have 72 340 duster 4 speed so currently 70 be 340 has TRW 10.5 , J heads iron head mild ported so my goal is 80% street / 20% strip so now details I have tell you this is sorry I should have explain little more details earlier.

Okay, so what rear gears and tire size are you running and what are your present cam specs? There's a ledge on the TRW type pistons that can cause a piston to valve interference in some cases with over .500 lift.

Save your money. a solid flat tappet is all you need. you have a conservative engine build , so stay conservative with the cam choice. The comp rocker arms would be a good investment.

Right now cam is chet Herbert cam and motor is fresh haven't fired it up .far is gearing I would use 3.55 and not sure how tall should I run but putting all together slowly.

If you use a flat tappet cam [ hyd or sol ] make sure it is designed for the larger Chrysler 0.904" lifter....& not the 842 Chebby lifter. The C cam will have more lift.
