Not in Canada couldn’t buy a firecracker here if your life depended on it. They were Outlawed the about 45 years ago. You can still buy fireworks just no firecrackers.
When these fools around here run out of fireworks, firecrackers, they shoot off all the guns they have!!!
Dad the Marine, always said if you shoot be sure of what your doing and shoot to kill. So he did not include just firing up in the air. Some years when all that lead falls back to Earth, a couple or so innocent ones get hit.
