DOOR GLASS CHANNEL FELTS STRUGGLE!

I tried to to slide the glass down the new channel felt with the new clips, and experienced strong difficulties! It was way to tight, and I ended up ripping up the new felt channel. Before I try the other door, and order another kit, has anyone else experienced the same struggle?

When I did these on my 70 Duster, I learned that there is a specific direction to insert the glass back into the channel. It is wider at one end, to allow for the glass to slide in, and then it gets tighter to create a wedge for the glass to slide into.
So, make sure you are going in the right direction when installing the glass.
