I'v been no were near 9, and don't know but here is what i'm thinking.
Some of them AN fitting, can be dam SmALL on the inside diameter. I would look into that before a better fuel pump.
Thought about any aerodynamics.......like maybe a front air damb?????
I think if you would have farted at the finish line you would have got your 9 sec run:poke::D
