Was your car originally a V8 or /6 car? Sorry, I don't remember off hand. It seems some info I am finding, the /6 had the 1/2" bolt and V8 had 5/8" bolts. IDK

The v-8 cars had the larger bolt...

The SS springs will be bolt on and go...

I've never used the longer shocks... When does the rear suspension become unsprung????

However to compensate for the stronger right rear spring, crank up the left front torsion bar some extra so the front end sits level....
