I believe they are 68 340 . The left side is 4bbl. It has the high plug wire holder for the 4bbl throttle bracket. I had early 68's without the wide wire loom on the right side.
You can tell what year left side you have by any original paint left on it. Red is 68 turquoise is 69. see if the original colors match from side to side. 68's far less out there. You can make a set of early 68's by using a left 69 340 and a right 69 318.

As noted, they are missing the "heat shield" wire loom protector on the passenger cover. These are '69 x 340 covers.
