E85 converted 4160

Have any ideas? I don't know what else to do to be honest

I’ve never tuned E85 so anything I can say would be a guess. I would also assume if someone actually went to the trouble to convert it to E85 they removed the core plugs over the main jet well on the metering block and opened that channel up to .188.

That may be the first thing I checked. Those main wells are tapered when the come out of the casting mold. That taper needs to come out.

You may be surprised how many guys don’t do that.

That’s my best first guess. The other thing about E85 is it’s oily for lack of a better term. It’s specific gravity is…damn I can’t remember what it should be. But you have to compensate for that with emulsion.
