Looks like you need to adjust the striker for sure, the latch appears to be holding the back of the door out. Although it also looks like you might need to adjust the door on the hinges as well, since adjusting the striker won’t do much at the front. Adjust the striker/latch first and see what you get.
This definitely isn’t the only thing you’ll need to do, but here is one of the adjustments on the latch/linkage itself that isn’t super obvious
