I think I need new ones. and got one from Speedway, they send me the wrong on for the left side. I could be wrong, but they kinda look like they won't fit anyway. The right side one on my 68 four door dart is looking like it is going to lose the shock mount part before too long. Anyone know where to buy them were they look pretty stock?

Depends on what rear end you have, 7.25 rears have 2.5" axle tubes and take different shock plates than 8.75 & 8.25 rears which have 3" tubes. I don't believe anybody repops the 7.25 plates, but the ones for 3" tubes are available from several sources, like Mancini and Doctor Diff, among others.
 
The ones from Speedway are a little different and require a shock bolt, if they're the ones I am thinking of. But it's no big deal to make them work.

I have 3" axles, actually a dana 35 out of a jeep. Didn't see them on Dr Diff, but wil look again now, thanks
