Did 1970 Darts get "thumb wheel" radios?

Hi,were the thumb wheel radios for 1968-1969 cars only or did 1970 models get them as well? I ask because I have seen a 1970 Dart dart sedan that is 100 per cent stock and it has the thumb wheel radio,but the others I've seen have the standard rotary shaft knob style radios. Was this am early production carry over and only the first 70's got them?
 
A 1970 Dart Swinger 340 had a rally dash with a thumbwheel radio I believe. Other 70 Darts had rotary style 2 knobs

The car I saw was not a 340 swinger it was a four door custom sedan and it did not have a rally dash but it has the thumb wheel radio,so obviously it wasn't just 340 swingers with rally dash that got them. See attached photos.

I've seen a.couple 70 darts now with the thumbwheel radios that aren't rally dash cars or swingers. My guess is that very early production models had them to use up the 69 dashes,but I was hoping someone here might know for sure
