I bought this car in 2004 after telling the owner not to get rid of it for over 2 years. I'm sure he still regrets that decision! These 2 pics are from the Mopar Spring Fling 2007 at Woodley Park in Van Nuys Ca. I just finished a complete up grade of everything, and took home some magazine trophy's. This led to a cover shot and 3 page story in Street Rodder magazine. The pic in my garage is a complete up grade to a drag and drive car. Just waiting for Quarter Mile Performance to finish assembly dyno of the 340 stroker engine. Please leave comments or questions about the build. Lots to talk about!

very cool!

what's the chassis/suspension set up?
Front: Mustang 2 front clip w/ power rack and QA-1 coilovers. Rear: Narrowed Strange aluminum 9" with 3:50 Trac-Loc, 4 link w/ diagonal bar and QA-1 coilovers. Wilwood big rotor and 4 piston calipers all around. Hydroboost system ( big cam).
200R4 stage 3 from Extreme Automatics, Reid bellhousing with a 9.5 in billet converter from Paradise Converters. 3800 stall 5500 flash. Quarter Mile Performance is building/dynoing my 340 stroker engine. 430 cu in, Indy 360-2 CNC ported heads, T&D shaft rockers, BAM solid rollers with tool steel bushings, block has bushed lifter bores, .030 overbore, Molnar 4.125 forged crank, Molnar H beam 6.125 forged rods. Indy ported intake and Proform 1050 annular discharge boosters. MSD digital ignition. This will be a border line pump gas motor.
Oh, there's more lol

Nice! I’m in the process of gathering parts for my 47 Dodge sedan build. My latest acquisition is a58q 392 Hemi that I sold to a friend a few years ago. His plans changed so I was able to buy it back
