My buddy has exactly what you are trying to duplicate with trick self contained pull out ramps and a full aluminum diamondplate deck. I made the front box for him , trailer is white. In Ohio if interested, I can ask him. Thanks

Looks really nostalgic !
Good luck at the Dyno, do you have an idea when you'll be getting it on the pump ?
We are gonna do a whole tare down article with hot rod from what it sounds like so once Jon coordinates that we will have a better idea on when it's going on the dyno. But now post trade show its set to be gone over one final time with a couple new modifications including spring oilers prior to the dyno.

If you want to message me some info I would be interested...

Been getting through the last few weeks with the holidays and my wife's cancer surgery, before now really diving in to the car again after the first of the year. So with her recovering I cut the back half out and cleaned off every thing to drop the new rear rails in and get the back half done. So tonight I plan to do some CAD (cardboard assisted drawing) on the mounting plates for the frame and the goal is to have every thing prepped to drop in the chassis this weekend.

Last night was a light night in the shop as I had to run out and grab another 454 (the LS swap crowd hasn't a clue) but I managed to make up some templates for the rocker reinforcements and makes out a few more static cuts at the rear of the car. As well as making a list of needed metal to order today. going to get everything prepped so once some melting occurs I can run the cable from the house this weekend to weld.

So today on the car started as just putting in a bit of a rear floor pan piece that went under the rear taillight panel, but I ended up getting on quite a bit of a roll and elected to drop the rear frame in and fit it into the back of the car. I got it what I think is pretty much square and I do have to level the front slightly, but otherwise very happy with the way it came out so I decided to walk away from it today and come back and measure it again tomorrow make sure everything is where it needs to be able before starting to weld that in. but a quick measurement of the wheel wells yields me a width of 20 inches from the outer lip on each side to the frame rail. Which should allow for the slicks to tuck in comfortably.
