Hood Pin Location

Ok, before I go drilling holes into the car and hood can I get some verification on the placement of the hood pins for my wifes 70 Dart. There is not a cutout to access the lower nut like I have seen in some pics. Am I correct in saying that I need to drill where the dimple is directly in front of the hood rubber stop?

I think you've got it. Here are some pics of the hood pins on my car. In the first pic you can see where the post is sticking up, and the second pic shows where they end up being on the hood.
