I visit the BigBlockDart site alot and found this site after reading an old MOpar Muscle mag. LOve it so far. Lots of good info for us early abody nuts. I have lots of resto questions especially paint and body right now. Will have to post later.

Current projects are 66 valiant hardtop that is completely gutted down to just the rear axle. Currently building a rottiserie out of engine stands. I have lots of body work and welding to do. None of which I've done before now. The last year or so was spent getting parts, 340 engine, 5spd tranny kit, rear-end, disc brakes and other stuff to convert the old /6 car.

Also have a convertible 66 Valiant Signet that is in great shape as I am the second owner of this California car. Has the stock 273 and runs great. Fun car to drive while working on the other car. Got carried away already with this one a little bit. Already put new seats, carpet, Mag wheels, heads redone, electronic ignition, brakes, shocks, and front sway bar. It's a good 20 footer at the moment but it will get new paint after my tax return.

Will post pictures later.
Great to be a member and look forward to seeing other a-bodies

Here are a few pictures that I have of the 66's

The one in the garage is getting the 340 and Keisler 5 spd. Just bought a welder today. Got any advice on building a rotisserie with engine stands would be nice. Actually the car is stripped more than this older photo.

The other pictures are of the convertible. I really like this one. Can't wait to get it painted. The seats covers came with the car from a 67 dart. Looks good I think even if it is not original. Engine bay is getting there on the convertible. Love the new electronic ignition. Will look better once I get the car painted. Hope the pictures make it. New to this site.

Nice to be here guys
