too much crank case pressure

ok so everytime i go racing i get alot of oil that makes its way back out the dip stick tube and i have a big oily mess to clean up, so i understand i have too much crank case pressure, i have a pvc hooked up to the back of my carb and a breather on the other valve cover what should i do to fix this problem?

Is the engine in good condition?, sounds like too much blow by, or poorly seated rings? I ran my 440 without a pvc and never had crank case pressure. Also the valve cover breather and dipstick tube on my 273 in my Barracuda is bone dry, even when I run it hard. Not sure what you can do aside from a rebuild.

One question, how much oil is in it? May sound dumb, but too much maybe? Dipstick read correctly?
