Alright guys I need a little help here. Most of you know I got my Tri-Power air filter base and top back last week from Leanna of Phoenix Specialty Coatings.

Now I need/want to find the correct air filter element that sandwiches between the top and base. I asked another member what he did for a element and he found one somewhat similar but had to modify by cutting and trimming one down to make it fit. That's not really the route I want to go down just yet, only as a last resort.

All I need is the brand names and part numbers. Maybe this style element isn't even being made for this style tri-power anymore? I don't know? Any leads and help will be appreciated.

Yeah I do.

Don't have a number or anything but my best guess would be one for a dual quad or tri-power big block Ford from the early to mid 1960s. Not sure, but they might have been longer than yours.

I did purchase one of a part number that a member gave me a while back, and it is longer and narrower like you mentioned '64 Cuda. I don't want to butcher it up yet.

I think you may be correct. I do remember seeing a tri-power air cleaner on a pontiac as well. I will see what I find with the part # you gave.

Both numbers come up as a round filter element. I need a oval style.
