What's it worth??

I have an opportunity to purchase a '69 Swinger 340 4spd from the original owner. This is a complete numbers matching car with build sheet and fender tag. The car requires absolutely nothing!!
What would be a fair and reasonable price for the car?

pictures and some more imfo are helpful but thats a highly desirable car. since it doesn't sound restored let's assume its a solid #3. 15000.00 would be a decent buy but if he knows what he has he may start at 19000.00. anywhere in the middle and i'd be happy
