71 Duster project car. Car is an original Georgia car, SOLID rust free frame. Drivers side floors have been replaced, originally an automatic, now converted to a 4spd with hump welded in place. Lower 1/4's have been patched, trunk floor patched, new extension on driver's side, new cowl panel installed, original A/C car converted to non A/C. Body shell is primered and ready for paint. Hood, trunklid and doors need finished. Lower fenders are rusted, but I have patches cut from other fenders to fix. Hood is solid with a little surface rust, and a few dents. Doors are nice rust free doors, just a few dents to straighten out. Same goes for the trunklid. Bumpers are original and perfectly straight, just need re-chromed. I have 2 sets of glass, and 2 sets of stainless trim, all really nice. Interior needs redone. Comes with front and rear seats from a 74, decent dash pad, dashframe has been redone, also comes with restored heater box. Motor is a rebuilt '76 318 with Mopar camshaft, aluminum pulleys, aluminum valve covers and Hooker headers. Needs intake, carb, and rear freeze plugs installed. Tranny is an A-833 4 spd, missing lower dust shield. Have the pedals, Z-Bar, clutch fork, clutch boot, pedal to Z-Bar rod, and flywheel. Needs ball studs and clutch rod.Has 8 3/4 rear with 742 case with 2:76 open carrier from a B-body car, and comes with extra 7 1/4 rear. Also comes with COMPLETE spool mnt/sway bar front suspension from a 74 Dart Sport. Almost everything is here to complete the car, just needs all the new replacement stuff to finish it completely. Would make nice 340 clone. I have had the car 2 years, and quickly used up my funds, and my interest in this thing. After 2 years of scouring swap meets and junkyards for used parts, and getting shafted on almost everything I bought, I've had enough! It might not look like it, but there is at least 7 grand sitting here. There is no fender tag or build sheet, and does not have a title because cars from Georgia don't have titles after 15 years.
