Brought back great memories. I graduated High School in 1965.

It was great to grow up in the muscle car and hot rod era.

Pop will be 69 in August. I'll have to show him this. He's building his '54 of how it would have been back in the day if he was hot rodding it as a teenager.
 
I was not driving back then but my first car was a 1969 Chevy Nova with the |6 250 and 2-speed power glide. 0-60 in 4 tries and would pass most dump trucks and school buses. I really wish it were a /6 duster instead, but hey, free car!

Please up of some pix of that '54, I'd love to see it. -LY
