At Bremerton Raceway for TnT tonight and race 3 of the season points series tomorrow. It’s hot as hell right now with 2600+ DA. 1st pass off the trailer, 3800 2-step launch, spun hard off the line and so I cruised it. 2nd pass, left at 2400 and it went wheels up 8-10” and ran a decent number.

RJ is a good dude and my go to guy to talk all kinda ****. Just ask him. He'll tell you about the one time I made him tell the Dr. to "hold that thought" so he could leave the delivery room to answer some of my dumb questions. :lol:

For a temporary solution, the Costco ones are tough to beat. I had one last 4+ years with all 4 seasons.

Just a follow up to our discussion. Got a loaner converter from a member here to try. Advertised 5300 stall, flashes at 5500 in my car and works WAY better all around than the converter I had in the car. Tight in the pits so I'm not revving to the moon to move the car, flashes hard at 5500...

Nah, HS rockers are awesome. John isn't asking about issues. He's asking about going from Edelbrock specific HS rockers to TF's and visa versa. There are 3 different part numbers (actually more when you count "W" heads) for LA, Edelbrock and Trick Flow heads.

Ugh…. What happens when you build a race car and buy a motor h. I made the mistake of moving all of these boxes from the shop to the garage instead of breaking them down and talking to the dump. Now I gotta break them down and take to the dump because my wife told me I better get it cleaned up...

I couldn't get them to pass this for street use. Bought it with a salvaged title, went to register and was told it had to go to WSP for inspection. I was already cutting it up at that point so I waited until it was finished and they told me no. lol

Yeah, they don't mess around with chit like that. I made the same mistake on a Jeep I built to race off road. Wanted to have it registered to drive on the street and by the time I was finished, they wouldn't let me. lol

I’ve used Dynomax stainless steel welded UltraFlows for years without a problem. Absolutely love the way they sound on anything with a v8. There are a lot of variables that determine how long any given muffler will last including but not limited to mounting location, driving style or even tune...

I'm actually good with keeping the lift down under .670'ish but I definitely need more duration than I currently have.

lol, maybe if I ever get lucky enough to build a 48 deg R block. I don't think my stock block build will ever get much rowdier than it is now.
