Pete, What transaxle does your mower take? I have two spares (TuffTorq-something or other) in the shed, as I upgraded my L110 to the larger transaxle about a year ago.

Your link took me right to the hardware kit, I bought it and apparently it was the last one they had! Cheaper than anywhere else including tax and shipping. Also ordered the Edelbrock chain and the gaskets, so I hope I'll get to it next weekend.

I have always tried to use the best heavy duty diaphragm clutch that I could for high performance since those are a little easier on the leg than the three finger style.

Well, looked at a car hauling Trailor today and drove 100 miles to look at it and told the guy I'll take it. No title. :BangHead: Not buying it without a title. Pissed me off.

    Kickdown issue

Stopping point on the transmission? On the linkage? On the carburetor? If the lever on the transmission is all the way back, then it's time to remove the pan and see if the valve body is adjusted correctly.

Just my 2 cents on removing a vin tag Mitch and putting it back on. You know it's the original door but the judge doesn't know it's the original door and can tell if it was ever tampered with unless you can make it look perfect. Don't know if that really makes a difference in judging a car or...

Time to start the build up

I honestly don't know a lot about the car yet, I've had it awhile but I really haven't investigated it too much. It's been pretty stripped down, is caged and back halved with pretty monsterous back tires. It has a ladder bar setup and a braced housing Ferd 9" rear. Appears to have aftermarket...

Shocks: looking for Blistein quality at KYB price.

note, I am also still running 14" rims for now, and don't autocross/canyon carve/race it, I just drive it like a normal car. if I had 17's and was more aggressive driving it (really, how aggressive can you get with a 1bbl slant 6?), I would likely have different opinions
