Stop in for a cup of coffee

It was always fun watching the commercial tire guys do one of the loaders at the rock farm. They used flax soap which they carried in 5 gallon buckets to seal and lube the beads when they seated them big tires. BOOM! as the tire seats and that flax soap would fly 50' in every direction

    Wedding Car

Is this going to be a wedding with top hat and tux with tails and fancy gown or one with the dinner jacket type tux like James Bond wears to the casino. The wardrobe might dictate which car. If it’s not to be a surprise ask the groom which one he’d prefer. Bet he’d pick the Caddy. I would!

    Lifter failure

After draining the oil I was optimistic about not having to rebuild the whole engine again. But then I cut the oil filter open… The material in the filter isn’t magnetic so it must be bearing chunks. I’m sick

How much would you pay for this 340?

i agree, .060 chancy for hi performance build. But stock would be fine depending on wall thickness. In an E body that brings 6 figures sleeving for $1K is not a big deal.

Everything Was Wrong With the Car Prep

Watching DDG almost get air with his 340 Demon reminded me of this launch in Bowling Green back in 2007 at the Chrysler Classic. 65lbs of air in the front tires. 55 in the rear. I forget how much air in the shocks Uncorked the headers Tach wasn't working. 3:23's open diff 198 slant, stock...
