You probably want to be specific on what years of seats you're talking about, but generally what RAT ROD AL said is true.

    67 Cuda Formula S commando V8

It certainly could have I just found it interesting and hoping for some clarity...not that anyone should really care other than some of this esoteric stuff is getting lost the older we all get.

    67 Cuda Formula S commando V8

From the 67 Plymouth Dealer order book the Formula S package details. Also a 67 dealer quick options guide (2 pages). 2nd page I've digitally highlighted the tach and Vacuum (Performance Indicator) gauge options. Side note to QWKSLVR, interestingly this doesn't show the "clock" being an...

    67 BARRACUDA EXT. TURN SIGNALS

Hate to say it or get yourself a 68 under hood wiring harness and don't use/install the side marker lights, maybe 69 I have seen one to know if the provisions are actually there by default

    67 BARRACUDA EXT. TURN SIGNALS

For the 67 model year there was no option for hood/fender mounted turn signal indicators. For the 68 model year they were part of the light package and the under hood was actually modified with holes (provisions) to run the wires (they are hood mounted) through the reinforcement ribs. One way...

B Body buckets in an A body???

Yes, the seat frames should be the same, the rails, the part that the frames attach to the floorboards however, ARE different

    Carlisle post show thoughts

I guess I'm a short timer been going since I moved to the east coast - so the last 4 years. Thursday and Friday the weather was great, Saturday was a #%^%@!. So moving it later or earlier (cooler) in the year would be nice. The only other thing that gets me are the hotels charging CRAZY prices...

    Repairing rear arm rests

Fairly certain Rick Layson (www.laysons.com) has got them (AF-679ACPW in white, AF-679ACPB in black) as well. 108 USD and also fairly certain he'll ship to Canada.

Stolen A-Bodies From CA High Desert

I would actually say your cool-down comment applies if the cars remain intact or if they get parted. Regrettably the front fenders and grills with other trim pieces on 67-69 Barracuda's are bringing crazy money.

Stolen A-Bodies From CA High Desert

I'm going to ask the obvious...there IS a police report correct? Having those corrected VINs (and descriptions / pictures) will help in (hopefully) getting these back and prosecution happening.

    The Verdit Is In!!!!!!!!

So there is this GUY up near your neck of the woods, he's done a great job of coming up with parts over the years for our A-bodies even going so far as to reproducing a LOT of stuff no one else wants to touch 'cause you know... a-body. Seriously glad for you to have picked up and committed to...

    Bucket seats.

Good point! I don't see the 68 side markers or actually any badges on that fender...but the mirror is in the right spot for a 68! And the rear tail lights and trim are 68
  20. RhinoMan68

    Bucket seats.

Since that's a 68 Barracuda and if you want to be correct...use 68-69 B body seats. The 66-67 will work, they just have a hard shell back and a little chrome trim strip. The rails however are a-body unique, ones from a 67 Barracuda (or Dart) WILL work as well. Just need to swap them...

[FOR SALE] 68 grill parts and 67 lamps

As an FYI - I'm fairly certain the grille turn signal indicators are for a 67 Barracuda. The grill definitely is for a 68.

Short of going with a previously installed windshield - i.e. - USED. That is probably correct.

    Hoist vs stacker

I'm gonna add my 2cents. If I can afford it I'm going with either and advantage 4 post or a wildfire 4 post lift and get their Hydraulic "bridge jack" (Wildfires link WF4500A | wildfire-lifts). two big reasons - 1) I want the safety of a 4 post lift and 2) these two in particular don't have...
