You can easily be under 20k if you don't want a quality paint job. Paint and body work will crush that budget 60% immediately

I excluded the 72.. personally I think the tail lights and side marker lights are gross

So take spindles and control arms and K frame since it has superior spool mounts from a 73+ and put it all under the 70-71 and you have the perfect car.

My uncle painted a 78 T/A. OF COURSE black and gold. Bandit tribute. Maaco did his in 2010. I'll be damned it still shines to this day. It's dirty and has flaws all over it but it's shiny no doubt

I actually did read something years ago about the cutting of an auto console so you didn't have to run the adapter bracket, I think

I did find a set of A body shift rods I will include. Adjustable portion are stuck but with some heat they should loosen up.
