The gasket is new and flexibly and will be warm when I do the job

I have seen some decent videos on installing the front windshield , but on the back glass not so much , would you recommend using butyl in the gasket and put on frame and then install glass , or no butyl ,,or would you use the rope method no butyl in gasket until after install ?

its not as dark as it appears and should pass state tint laws, I think it should look good once I get my car painted

so the drivers side takes the 3 pin style , but only uses 2 wires to work, but the passenger side is a spade terminal , and takes a single spade switch ? not the 2 spade switch , I will have to see if I can locate a single spade switch , thanks

My 72 duster wiring harness has a 3 pin jamb switch , but only 2 wires yellow an a black , on passenger side I only have a yellow wire that has a spade connection , of course the jamb switches were long gone as this was a project I am working on , is this correct wiring ? The wiring diagrams...

If your going to do it on all wires then 14 gauge or better as stated above by Dale go to 12 gauge

I would change the ground to 14 gauge and the supply wire as well , should help

True enough , these mainly got me the wiring already done and was cheap , I will most likely upgrade the relays and probably change the gauge of the ground wire

From what I have read up on , this is the norm for headlight wiring below , doesn't mean I did enough research , just what I have read , but if I have issues I will change out and use a better 14 gauge ground wire to see if it resolves an issue as you describe , I do have one installed on my 79...
