    Steve Magnante’s Old Valiant

Don't know. Hard to keep track. But somehow I tied him to that car when I saw the thread. I did recently read the story about his older /6 valiant that went overseas. And I know that it wasn't all that recently that he had sold that one, it had been a little while ago

Well then who's valiant was that? The one I'm thinking of was a 69-70ish and a 2 door

    Steve Magnante’s Old Valiant

I thought the green brick valiant was his when they did the buildup of it in the magazine. I do remember the older one when had with the /6 that went overseas too, though.

    Non A-body mopar question

Well I wouldn't want one. I've had f bodies (Aspen/volare) with that rear and my first Dakota with a non magnum 3.9 had one and I blew it to smithereens not even being hard on it. I replaced it with an 8-1/4. If the car is otherwise nice, and the price isn't crazy id buy it even if it had a...

Whats in your backyard? Part 1

My backyard is way too small. Barely room for the clothesline and the fish for the TV. I have a ~10x10 concrete pad just off the family room sliding glass door, I park either my utility trailer for my mowers or my camper on it, either hangs over on the grass front and back... My house is long...

    360 vs 383

As long as you can ditch those dished pistons they castrated the 360s with, and get closer to pistons being 0 deck, Only then will the 360 have a fighting chance

Coolant coming out of timing cover bolt hole

I've seen several of those timing covers eroded away usually around the top area Seems like magnums were more known for it but have seen it on the LA engines too. Get a good look at that especially between the top 2 bolt holes on the passenger side of the cover

    Anyone know about International Scouts???

"GMC IH scout"... I never knew they had any affiliation w/GMC, sounds like the seller (owner?) really has no idea what they were. I know 3 things about IHC scouts. They were cool. And I want one. And that it won't happen in this lifetime. Back in the early/ mid 70s my dad had a 69 Travelall...

    Indianapolis Swap This Weekend

Getting crazy expensive to go. They charge for parking and then to get in the door too... By the time we got in the door my wife and I were already out $40. 10/park and $15/head to get in the door. $6 for a pop, (x2 for the time we were there) $6 for an order of fries and $8 for a cold...

I don't either, I think I called you with a problem with the ramcharger, and picked your brain, we ended up replacing the fuel pump in a truck stop parking lot and when we got home I discovered a pinched return line, (89, TBI so we had to drop the tank in the parking lot) line got pinched...
