m2 diecast anybody else into these

Are the stripes wrong on all of them or just that one? I wonder why they made some 70/71 Swinger 340's without hood scoops. That 69 looks like it has a flat hood to, from here.

Changing the rear quarters on my Dart conv. from a 69 to a 70

I've seen the yellow one at Don Garlits 25 years ago. ...and the orange 73 Scamp vert recently. LOT of work involved. US also got 70 and 71 Dart GT's, but they are rare. FABO member had a registry.

    Owner hoping for 50k?

Didn't watch but if it's a car from Brazil, the interiors in their A body cars were different and much nicer than US made cars. Most had rear folding arm rests. Mexico was like that too.

1/2 acre. 1392 sq ft. 675K Shows 1980 as the build date, so might not be the original building used by Don. Frame office "in need of repair" might be, though.

I've been in that neighborhood dozens if not hundreds of times. Never knew he had a shop there. Pic is blurred on google but looks like it might still be automotive related.

Any seen one of these before, or know if it was factory?

They did a good job with the printing. A hunch says "JC Whitney".

    1971 Dodge Dart Swinger “Special”

My be in the running for "lowest options on tag". Not all options were on the tag, though.

    1971 Dodge Dart Swinger “Special”

My mom had a 71 buick lesabre custom. "custom" was the lowest, most basic trim level. ...not even anywhere near being "custom".

    1971 Dodge Dart Swinger “Special”

I thoght the Canadian 340 cars were called "Swinger Special 340". Not just Swinger Special.

    Just noticed

My guess would be about the same time they were limited to 5 lines of text. ...or maybe because a certain member had a 1024x768 pic in their sig and posted 15 times per thread minimum.

    NHL 23-24

Gaolies are getting too good to have many straight on shots go in. Almost gotta have ability to: fake shot fake pass backhand double screen 1 inch below high stick bat wraparound poke under lift puck over leg with stick ...or even more creative.

Is my dash pad the wrong color?

I think those 69 and earlier red/white, blue/white etc interiors look GREAT.

    331 Hemi Progress

The '57 styling was actually the same 48-55 cab (with the wrap-around windshield) with the fronts of the fenders cut off and a new panel that included the grill and the fender fronts bolted on.

    NHL 23-24

Too little, too late for NYR. Agree the NY big money players were either silenced or just plain quiet. Play callers said FLA "...was built to win 2-1 games..." which I'd not heard before. ...but the Cats are all over whoever has the puck no matter the zone and without leaving too many passing...

Sometime around '84-'85, Lynch was considered "the best guitarist in the world" despite powerhouses known by three letter initials being active in the same era ie- EVH and SRV.

    U-Haul car trailer experience?

Too much tongue weight can cause the trailer to try to steer the tow vehicle. Not enough tongue weight (and too much weight on the rear of the trailer) can cause the trailer to steer the tow vehicle. Gotta get it right.

    U-Haul car trailer experience?

Trailers are overbuilt. You don't see that much anymore, on anything. Definitely ask the one way vs two way price. If there is a pattern, like people moving to Florida, it could be a substantial difference.
