    At least he was happy. He is more of a go fast guy, his truck is a square body chevy with a 489 twin turbo. He told me today, when I pointed out the dust, I was too pickey.

    Keep at it, it took me about 10 years to do my Duster its 99% done, just need to put the window chrome, and wipers arms back on. But even at 99% I have not touched it in a additional 6 years, except to start it up once in a while. I keep jumping to other projects.

    275/60/15 on 15 x 7 4.25" backspace stock 5th ave rims. Stock A body 8.75 with big bolt axles. Hd springs with 1" lowering block, stock shackles.

    WV law on those tags are, you can drive them as a normal vehicle from noon on Friday, until noon on Monday. Had a county sheriff give me crap on time, stopped a store on a Thursday, he just said take it home.

    Yes the crank looks like it cleaned up, but is it still round? I doubt it. It most likely will not hold a a bearing long. I would send the crank to have it ground.

    On the dash pad, I bought one from classic industries, it looks nice. Install was a little rough the studs are a little on the short side.

    That would be a pretty easy patch to make, there is no way I would buy a whole panel for those tiny spots.

    Try them, When I bought the axles for mine, they were out of a 90 w250, and it had the newer generation wheels on them.

    With the POR 15 make sure you use the whole system, marine clean, etch ect. And it will require a top coat, or it will fade purple.
