Unfortunately it’s looking like a rainout today and tomorrow I’m golfing with my daughters and grandson. I’ll be in Charleston Monday - Thursday for work and Pacific Raceways on Friday so no time to work on the car except maybe today. Not that it needs anything but since Pacific is a night race...

    Loosing fuel pressure

I had a similar issue (mine would drop, I adjust it then eventually it would go up again so I would adjust back down). I ended up thinking it was a bad gauge, replaced it and found it to be the gauge port on the regulator. Now I run 2 gauges. One on the regulator and one on the fuel log just...

    Chalky coating

Cerakote is just one of several brands that offer high temp ceramic coating. Back in the day Jet Hot was the most commonly used in the automotive industry. Cerakote has grown in popularity over the years but I haven't seen any header manufacturers that use them. My Hedman's were Cerakoted...

Has anyone had any problems installing this TCI trans shield.

Flexplate shield is 30.1 Just run a blanket for the trans if you don’t want to cut the floor.

Has anyone had any problems installing this TCI trans shield.

Yes, it is required once you dip into the 9’s to have both a trans shield and flexplate shield. CSR will satisfy both requirements.

Thanks man! The ad is completely gone now. A little bit of tact goes a long way. I know the moderators have a thankless job but some of them act like they need a vacation themselves. lol

1/8 mile so no biggie. Wouldn't be able to run them on a 1/4 mile though. I'm already going through the traps with the shift light on.

Race coming up at Bremerton (1/8 mile track) this Saturday. I am thinking of running a 28" tall drag radial instead of my 29x10.50 (29.8 x12.50 actual) slick. Thinking if I can hook up, the car should 60' better. Thoughts?

Is that $150 entry in No Box per day or for the whole weekend?

Next up Mopars vs the World

That's exactly what this past weekend was for us. Mopar Box and No Box race on Friday night had the highest car count. Then on Saturday for the Mopar vs the World event, there were more Fords and Chevys than Mopars and if that wasn't bad enough, the total number of cars for that event was less...

Nope. I was the only one on there asking legitimate questions about the car that’s for sale. Some power-hungry moderator decided to over moderate and derail the whole conversation. I called him out on it and all he did was delete everything including the answer from the seller to my original...
