Pretty common on metal buildings. They roll it on before the put the metal sheeting on. It's only an inch or so thick. You can see it in this picture before I started in the interior walls.

No we are going on a trip with our friends from VA soon, CO, Utah, AZ so I have to get stuff done. I am covering the inside walls in the shop with wood and paint, I want to get that done soon. Then I can get back on the Colt.

I noticed that the location of the cup to the rocker arm adjuster changed my numbers. I saw that getting the least treads out of the rocker arm with the adjuster seemed to help ratio. Geometry. What you are calling pushrod flex could be this length change.

Grant I weighed a 340 crank here, 58 lbs., the crank in my engine now is 75 lbs. Need to tune the tamer better with the clutch stop.

Yes I agree. I don't want to hurt the top end. It's going to be difficult to change the collectors, but more torque down low will help.
