Do you know what is the rpm limit to the lx101? I feel as if it quits sooner than the chrome box but not sure how much sooner.

Another observation was that when I run the Standard LX101 box my idle seems to go a little lower after I drive the car for a while. With the Chrome mopar box idle seems to go up more after driving car and seems more peppy compared to the LX101 box.

I currently run Brad Penn 30wt in my 360 dart sport. Works great. I recently purchased schaeffers 30wt. Have heard good things about this oil. What do you all think?

I run the 292 mopar purple cam. It runs nice! Rest of my combo consists of KB107 pistons, 340 X-heads, 727 with a 9.5" FTI converter 3400-3600 stall. 3.91's out back. Thus in a dart sport. Rejected thermusquad 850 cfm on top of a Victor 340 single plane intake. Love this combo!!:steering:

Forgot to mention 30wt Penn grade. Recently acquired Schaefers 30wt and will try it next oil change! Also in the past ran Vr-1 30wt no issues.

Does anyone know if the polished valve covers from mopar are coated with clear? Or are they just bare polished aluminum. Would it be advisable to coat them so they don't oxidize or tarnish?

I run the ry9c champions. My dart sport would ping with r12yc's! So it does good with the colder plugs.

I used a late 90's maybe early 2000's cloyes race roller chain. Is this a good one? Now I'm concerned about quality. Since some of you say their quality has gone down.

The intake you have should be fine.

Non detergent is for lawnmowers! Just use the zinc fortified oils mentioned and you'll be fine.

I just recently installed same problem solver bushings. All I did was use a rubber mallet to open/spread outer tabs out. In went control arms. Still went in snug but their in!

Would this adjustment apply to a 1974-75 dodge dart sport too? My car sometimes only starts in nuetral. Or occasionally in park it's hit or miss.

Doesn't Racer Brown carry grinds very close to purple cams?
