    Buy your crankshaft from Ohio crankshafts. The eagle crank is a piece of ****. Run more camshaft, like .575 lift, 290 duration 108 lsa. Have a valve job done on the seed blaster heads too. Stock rockers are a bad idea unless you mean mechanical style.

    This is just a consideration, Stop n go so. Cal traffic is a terrible way to average hwy mileage. On average it takes 1.5 hrs to drive 68 miles at off n on 80mph in stop n go traffic. My impreza 4 banger shows 6.5 -9 mpg when accelerating to speed. ..then it's 29-37 mpg at cruise. Dbl pump 340...

    I think the carburetor is to be replaced with a brawler or std holley 3310. Someone's been into it. Ootb it's supposed to be 71/82. Bleeds have been fiddled and the jets were 65/75, could correct it.. but the plate is **** and it's not a good look so far.

    Timing is 24/34 Plugs all cleaned up, jets were 65/75 One pv 6.5, vac at idle 10.5-11, good enough. Jets are Now 68/78, for now.

    I have a vac advance distributor I'll bring for fun, I'll have to shorten the slots 1st. I'll be check plugs for spark lines placement just at the bend on both ends. The carb is my main concern. The plugs were black when it had 65's in it to begin with... so I'll be into that pos top of the list.
