Isn't this the car that gets bad gas mileage? If your manual steering and a lot of caster it gonna be hard to turn. Maybe have someone get in car turn wheel back and forth and you watch look for slack in steering box and linkage. Make sure idler arm steering box bolts torqued to specs.

If rust repairs body work paint are well done that is most important. Any other issues will be able to get resolved.

Why is this shop.asking you when they are supposed to be mopar experts? And why did engine shop slap a square bore carb on a spread bore intake vs getting correct carb or getting compatible intake? They prob talking about throttle adapter which any shop who has ever work on old mopars should...

Custom condenser to filter drier hard line. Hard line from filter drier to firewall is original to the car. Some guy on this forum used same condenser and custom hard line on a bronze '69 318 fastback. So I stole all the info from his build and copied it.

'69 340 with non-X heads aluminum water pump? Ran 6 years ago? Without pulling heads and knowing how far its been bored out no way to know what its worth. If its 60 over its scrap metal boat anchor. Crap Fram filter no 90 degree adapter makes one wonder too....

Installed on engine in car to check belt alignment. I still had the AC belt back when original compressor was on car in 1982 and it fits.

Bought my '88 5.0 new. Took it to drag strip few times back in day held gas pedal to floor when shifting to get better ET. Original T5 still in perfect shape today. But its always had all season radial tires on it. Bolt on some sticky tires I bet trans would break.

That car looks really nice

I registered for show field. Now scrambling, thrashing, fumbling around trying to get AC under hood parts installed ahead of time.

The emblem holes for the fish and emblem holes for the formula s emblem are in different locations. Other wise trim panel the same. The black is a semi gloss. Like SEM Trim Black would look good although I dont know if its an exact OEM match.
