Just a few minor corrections, the car pictured is a 65 Valiant. It can't have a 318 2bbl because the 318 wasn't available in 65. I believe it's a 273 2bbl, running in Q/S. The index is 13.65, so mid 12's is more likely. There's a few 318 thermoquad equipped cars and a few 273 afb equipped cars...

If you give up getting the broken bolt out. What if you take the K frame off. Then take a thin grinding wheel and cut a square out of the frame around the bolt hole. Then get a square piece of metal the same thickness as the frame, drill a hole in it, then weld a nut on it. Weld it back in...
Ditto on Mike's Carburetor Parts. You can buy a bowl gasket for $5 and the full kits aren't $110. Also, your accelerator pump linkage is on backwards. When viewing from the front you should see an "S" not a "Z".
I'm looking for a set of X heads. Prefer bare castings. Must not have any modifications such as porting, combustion chamber mods, excessive milling or any valve seats replaced. Will consider complete heads or single heads. Thanks, Mark
