Start the studs before you tighten dash bolts. Just in case you need to move it around a little to start the studs.

Yes, That is the way my 69 Dart and 68 Barracuda is. All that is there is the headliner teeth, then the windshield gasket flap.

The Metal tabs have to be ground to metal for the bulb to light.
