Nice 1964 there.....luv it still retains the 64 emblems......and your build seams to be going good. Put a 340 in a 1965 with factory 350 exhaust manifolds once....wasn't fun or pretty on the left side if I remember....it - 340 - didn't stay in that car long....

Had my share of 1964's - push button and 4 speeds.....long time since.....

CTC Auto Ranch in Tx was the same and closet Mopar guys.....they just crushed lots of complete cars for about $450-$500 crush price but still wanted top dollar....many offered more than $600 and they wouldn't take it. They are supposed to have an action later of the primo? stuff.

That looks like one RRR .....mine is out of a 1966 factory A/C car and the # has a little solder on it....think it's 2682970.

You could get lucky sometimes with those early A100's having a posi too.....they were close in size but had the pads on the top side.....easy fix.

Pulled one 8 3/4 BBP out of a Duster way back in the 70's or 80's....it must have been made in heaven.....still haven't used it yet.

My mistake on 1966 - I can see them not getting one because of the console - but I'm guessing they didn't come on the non-1966 cars ? I'll try and get a picture of where they go on my 1965 - have a buddy getting close for carpet after a 1965 4sp conversion. I have extra plates from older scraping.

See the Mopar head gasket package in the back ground - is that the set your using ? That's looks like what I have - they aren't metal but came in a USAF sealed outer package.
