    I put my motor/transmission in together then had to install the gearvendor unit under the car. It was too long and unbalanced to go in together.

    How do you protect new paint during restoration?

    Mine was cured out. I taped all the edges with bodyshop tape and no one else touched the car but me. After assembly I cut and buffed it.
