There is some discussion about early and late carbs start at about 12.5 minutes in.

Early production carbs different idle circuit all had plain s numbers. Added A indicates revsion, new idle circuit. Runing production change mid year ,check dates on carter list.

Service carb number same as oem, You could by new carb for several years later.

The 1920 was never made with brass float,1904 and some others look like 1920, had brass but not 1920.. parts are different. Filko 19-117 Carburetor Float | eBay

That idle feed is only like .025 very small , if comes out go .002 bigger, comensate for todays leaner fuel. If does not come out go down from top with welders tip cleaner.

That 85-53 clean out plug for idle tube, tap metering block on solid surface falls right out.

That J3 14 BR ,suggest you test that connection for back feed. From blow up of relay inside wiring appears to not be connected to any thing else. To be sure put 12 volts on J3 and then see if voltage shows up on other relay connections
